One-on-One Sessions

This is the fastest way to improve and develop technique on the bike.

With the entire session focused on a single rider, we’re able to identify the small details that make the biggest difference. Whether it’s braking, cornering, body position, vision, bike setup, or race craft, one-on-one coaching allows us to slow things down, break skills apart, and build them back up correctly.

The goal isn’t just to ride more laps - it’s to understand why you’re doing what you’re doing and develop the habits that create long-term speed, confidence, and consistency.

Group Sessions

Group coaching is where technique meets speed.

While riders still receive technical coaching and feedback throughout, the group environment creates opportunities that simply aren’t possible when riding alone. Riders have someone to chase, someone to learn from, and someone trying to chase them back.

Group coaching allows us to work on race pace, sprint sessions, starts, passing, line selection, and race craft in a real-world environment. It pushes riders to apply their technique under pressure while keeping the day enjoyable and competitive.

Monthly Programme

Designed for riders who are serious about making consistent progress throughout the season.

Rather than booking sessions one at a time, riders secure their coaching for the entire month in advance, guaranteeing priority access and creating a structured pathway for improvement.

The program offers three tiers to suit different schedules, goals, and levels of commitment - fortnightly, weekly, or twice-weekly.

This enables riders to develop skills faster, gain confidence, and create lasting improvements in their technique, speed, and race craft.
